Payment Method
Katalon.com offers two payment methods for its services:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card
To update the payment method and billing information, follow these steps:
- Log in to Katalon TestOps.
- Select the Organization.
- Go to Settings > Payment Method.
- The Payment Method page appears. Input the information and click Save.
In Katalon TestOps, only credit cards are supported, and only one card can be saved in each organization. To replace a pre-existing credit card, go to the Payment Method section, then click Update. Enter the new credit card information, then click Add new card. The old credit card information is replaced with the new card. This card is now the default for all billing purposes, including subscription renewals.
To delete an existing credit card, in the Payment Method section, click Delete and confirm the action. Once the card is deleted, it is permanently removed from the organization. This action cannot be undone.

How To Open A Katalon Account?
To open an account on katalon.com, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Katalon TestOps. This will redirect to the Katalon Welcome Page.
- Click on + Create A New Account.
- A dialog for creating a new account will pop up. Here, enter the desired Account, Organization, and Project name.
- If desired, invite multiple users to the Organization by entering their email addresses (separated by space) under the Invite User to Organization (Optional) section.
- Click Create.
After these steps, the user becomes an Owner of the new Account. It's important to note that the Owner has the highest level of permission.
To manage the Account settings, the Owner or Admin of the Account can log in to TestOps Admin and select the Account. On the Account admin page, select the Account Settings section on the sidebar. In Account Settings, the number of Members, Organizations, and Projects that belong to the Account can be found, along with the Account ID. The Account's name can be changed by clicking Edit Name.
To delete an Account, navigate to the Danger zone section on the Account Settings page, then select the Delete Account button. A pop-up will appear to confirm the decision by typing in the Account's name. After inputting the Account's name and pressing Delete this account, the Account, including the Organization, test plans, licenses, and all Project associations, will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone and may take some time before the account is completely removed.
